By using this Tool you consent to the collection of: your name, work email, company name, and role (collected at signup); your responses to audit questions; and anonymized session data (scores, dimension results, completion time) used for validation and quality improvement. While we provide an email address for score concerns (flame@rodrik.io), Rodrik Publishing is under no obligation to review, revise, or reissue audit results. Responses to score inquiries will be provided on a best-effort basis.
The FLAME framework, scoring methodology, and all content generated by this Tool are the intellectual property of Dr. Oscar A. Rodriguez and Rodrik Publishing. Your audit report may be used for your internal decision-making purposes. Redistribution, resale, or publication of FLAME audit reports as regulatory or compliance documentation is prohibited without written permission.
Rodrik Publishing reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of this Tool shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Rodrik Publishing operates.
